DATO’ MOHAMED FEISAL IBRAHIM
Executive Chairman

Executive Chairman of the Company. He is an economist by training, graduated with B. Econ (Hons) 1974 from University of Malaya. He had a long established career with the Government and had held various senior positions in the Ministry of International Trade Industry (MITI) spanning from 1974 – 1990. He had also served as the Malaysian Trade Commissioner to Austria. Dato’ Mohamed Feisal had left Government in 1990 to go into private business. Dato’ Mohamed Feisal also sits on several private companies.

IR. AZHAR MD ALI
Executive Director

Director of the Company. He is a Civil Engineer with Bachelor in Civil Engineering (Hons) from University of Western Australia.and also holds MBA from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Prior to joining PSSB, he was employed by Ahmad Zaki Sdn. Bhd. as Assistant General Manager, experienced working with Minconsult Sdn. Bhd. as Senior Manager and also has been working with KLCC Projeks Sdn. Bhd. as Construction Manager.

ZABIDIN ABU SAMAH
Executive Director

Director (Admin, H.R & Special Projects) of the Company. He is responsible for the overall management and performance of the company. He is also responsible for all the office administration and supervision. He holds Diploma in Business with Computing. He has extensive management experience of more than 20 years in the private sector. Prior to joining PSSB, he was working with Bank Pertanian Malaysia.

DATO’ ROSNI ZAHARI
Director

Director of the Company. In charge of special projects for the Company relating to Federal and State Government and various government agencies. Graduated with LL.B (Hons) from ITM. Her other portfolios include the following : Sukarelawati, Pusat Bantuan Guaman; Ahli Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia, Cawangan Negeri Pahang (DPMMNP).

MOHD SAPARI BIN ABU HASSAN
Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor of the Company. He holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from University Technology Mara (UiTM). He is responsible in assisting Managing Director and Project Manager for all contractual matters e.g. tendering exercise, verifying payment claims, technical correspondence, attending meeting and other management works.

NOOR HAWATY MAT
Manager
(QA & QC)

Manager (QA/QC) of the Company. Holds Diploma in Quantity Surveying from University Technology Malaysia (UTM), Skudai. She has been working for the past sixteen years in various construction companies. Her duties inclusive assisting Managing Director, Executive Director and Project Manager in project department e.g. to monitor, coordinate and report on the company’s implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance to the ISO requirements, to creating awareness to QMS by conducting internal training, briefing, internal audits prior to Internal Auditor’s surveillance or compliance audits.

ROSMAHWATI SANIN
Assistant Project Executive

Assistant Project Executive of the Company. Holds Degree in Computer Science from West Texas State University, USA. She is responsible for assisting General Manager, Contract Manager and Project Manager in tendering exercises, company correspondences, project reports and other management works.

Shahmi Rizal Sulaiman
Facility Manager

He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from University Technology of Malaysia. He is responsible for facility management and monitoring overall maintenance works including mechanical, electrical, civil and building services at site. Started his career as Site Supervisor in several construction and development company. Due to his experience and work commitment in related filed, he has been promoted to assist an Engineer/Project Manager in a few big scale infrastructure project. He was responsible for the setting up the blueprint and the development of 500 acres of Higher Education Institution for the State Government of Selangor and continue to involve in maintenance of building after the completion. He has experience in maintaining of Government Complex’s at Putrajaya and doing comprehensive maintenance for Petronas Dagangan Berhad before participate and to share valuable experience in facilities management with Perkasa Sutera Sdn. Bhd.

Herdawati Binti Bahari
Manager (Finance and Accounts)

She has more than 15 years of experiences in the construction industries. She holds a Bachelor in Accounting from Open University Malaysia and Diploma in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Administration. Prior to joining PSSB, she was working as Senior Executive with Alloy MTD Group of Companies and Accounts Executive with Magna Prima Berhad.

HANIZAM HASHIM ABDULLAH
Health & Safety Manager

Health & Safety Manager of the Company. He holds a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health from New Castle University, Australia. He is responsible for monitoring safety at site. He also provides instruction, briefing and training to workers regarding work safety at site. Before joining Perkasa Sutera Sdn. Bhd., he was a Safety & Health Manager at NCB (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Health & Safety Executive at Bina Puri Sdn. Bhd.

IR.KAMARUL AZHAR
M & E Engineer

M & E Engineer of the Company. He holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Malaya. He is responsible for overall project management for mechanical & electrical services. Before joining Perkasa Sutera Sdn. Bhd., he was a M & E Manager at HAPM Consultants Sdn. Bhd. and Assistant Manager (Mechanical) at Pembinaan BLT Sdn. Bhd.

EMRAN BIN KAMARUDDIN
Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor of the Company. He is responsible for overseeing and monitoring works at site such as piling works, earthworks, civil and structure works, etc.
