THE COMPANY
Perkasa Sutera Sdn. Bhd. (PSSB) is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia on the 16th day of August 1990 as an investment company, 100% owned by Bumiputera.
PSSB is registered as a Bumiputera Status General Contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) and Grade G7 with Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) with Authorised and Paid-Up Capital of RM5,000,000.00 each.
The Company is owned and operated by a group of professional Bumiputera with four (4) experienced Directors namely Dato’ Mohamed Feisal bin Ibrahim as Executive Chairman, Dato’ Rosni binti Zahari, Ir. Azhar bin Md. Ali and Zabidin bin Abu Samah as Director.
We, at PSSB, are proud to acknowledge that we are a truly Bumiputera company that has successfully, over the years, nurtured and developed a committed and dedicated professionals encompassing Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Accountants, Technician and other associated business trade. In tandem with our policy to uphold quality in all our undertakings, PSSB has been accredited with ISO 9001: 2008 Certified.
The principal activities of Perkasa Sutera are in construction and property development. Since its inception, Perkasa Sutera Sdn. Bhd. has successfully completed RM 1.430 billion worth of projects ranging from road projects to buildings, schools, factories, infrastructure works to name a few. All the projects are completed within the stipulated time and there are also projects that were completed ahead of time for which PSSB were given due recognition.

Overall on-going projects currently undertaken by Perkasa Sutera Sdn. Bhd. are valued at RM 218,477,282.83. However, as at March 2021, the balance of works in the book order is estimated at RM 155,000,000.00.
